Reviews and Ratings
Staying on the 60th floor provided a unique view of the industrial side of the city. Compared to other hotels in Taiwan, this hotel stands out positively. The service was attentive, despite a slight hiccup at breakfast. The location is ideal, just a few minutes from San-do subway station and offers a wonderful waterfront experience. The dining options cater to various tastes with a touch of luxury.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious with a huge bed, desk, and sofa, but it was shaking at 3 am when the neighbor above was walking. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially during the Typhoon day. The location was good with many tourist attractions nearby, but a bit far from the subway station for lugging luggage around. The dining was decent but not exceptional, slightly more Chinese than expected. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
Staying on the 62nd floor, the rooms were a bit worn out but well equipped. It would have been better if these facilities were included in the hotel charge instead of an extra $300. The service was very efficient in arranging courier service to deliver items to our hotel in Taipei. While helpful and professional, it lacked the extreme friendliness found in other Taiwan hotels. The location, about 15 minutes from the nearest subway station, made traveling with luggage a hassle for MRT users. The dining experience was mediocre for a 5-star hotel with nothing too special, even though it had a nice view. The facilities were excellent with a good location close to the San-do subway station and the convention center.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious with a spectacular view, but unfortunately, they were not up to par. The location, while being in the low parts of the tall building of Taiwan, offered some nice perks but also had its drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, overlooking the industrial side of the city, the dining options were limited. The service was average, with one incident regarding payment during my stay. However, the convenient location near transportation and shopping areas was a highlight.
The hotel rooms, while large, were dated and not recommended by Booking. They were difficult to clean properly, and every time I turned on the AC, they smelled of smoke. However, the location was convenient, being just a short walk from the MRT and close to various tourist attractions. The dining experience was average with limited options, and the facilities were like a maze but held in a spacious area.
Staying on the 60th floor was a real treat; however, the extra charge to use the large bed was a downside. The rooms are spacious and I loved the daily fruit treats provided. Service was a mix of friendly and professional but could use some improvement in communication. The location was convenient for tourists but somewhat of a hassle for MRT travelers with luggage. Dining options were Chinese-focused and lacked western choices. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory, but improvements could be made in certain areas.
I had a great stay at the hotel, enjoying spacious and clean rooms on the 47th floor with comfortable amenities. The friendly and helpful service added a personal touch to my experience. The location is ideal, close to many tourist spots but a bit of a walk from the subway station. Despite the limited dining options, the nice views of the harbor made up for it. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a satisfying experience overall.
The hotel offers clean rooms with basic amenities but has a persistent smoke smell when the AC is on. The staff efficiently arranged courier service despite blaming the previous day's typhoon. The location is convenient, although a bit far from the nightlife. Dining options lack value for money, and the facilities are down-ew.
The family suite rooms are very comfortable, though they seem a bit tired now compared to their original state. The service at the hotel was not as friendly as I would have liked in Taiwan. The location is convenient, although a bit far from the nightlife. The dining options offered delicious food with a wide variety. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be improved.
